Shipping & Delivery

All plants are hand-picked and personally delivered using our own delivery runs — not standard couriers — to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to plant.

We offer flat-rate delivery of $30 per order (not per plant).

There is no minimum spend required.

If, on the day of delivery, you’re not completely satisfied with your plants, we’ll collect the order and refund the plant cost in full — no questions asked.

 


 

Delivery Timeframes

We operate scheduled delivery routes, rather than fixed delivery dates or time slots.

  • Northern routes are typically delivered mid-week

  • Southern routes are typically delivered towards the end of the week

Delivery timing depends on location, route planning, and order volume.

General guide:

  • Orders placed by Tuesday will usually be delivered the same week (approximately 1–4 days)

  • Most orders are delivered within 7 business days

  • During periods of high seasonal demand, delivery may take up to 10 business days (this is not common)

Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to weather, traffic conditions, route adjustments, or operational requirements.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across New South Wales and South East Queensland, primarily along the coastal corridor from Nowra to Brisbane, based on regular delivery routes.

Delivery locations include:

  • Residential homes

  • Work sites

  • Front-of-property delivery points

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your address.

If you’re just outside our standard delivery areas, please get in touch — delivery may still be possible by arrangement.

 



Apartments

For apartments and units:

  • Delivery is to the lobby only, due to access and parking constraints

  • We’ll call or buzz on arrival where required

 



Special Access Requests

Requests involving:

  • Side or rear access

  • Difficult driveways

  • Restricted or limited entry

may incur an additional fee.

Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm access and delivery requirements.

 


 

Delivery Timing

Our delivery area is extensive, and live plants are sensitive to heat.

For this reason, deliveries may occur outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or overnight, particularly during warmer months.

If this does not suit your premises, please contact us before placing your order, as delivery may otherwise be unsuitable.

You’ll receive an ETA message prior to delivery.

You do not need to be home — simply leave clear delivery instructions at checkout.

 



How We Deliver Your Plants

Purchasing plants online removes the risk of damage caused by transporting fragile plants yourself.

Plants can easily be stressed or damaged when carried in cars, utes, or trailers. To avoid this, deliveries are handled by experienced plant transporters using methods designed specifically for live plants.

Where possible, plants are delivered via our regular delivery routes.

In some cases — particularly outside our standard areas — delivery may be completed by a specialist third-party freight provider.

All deliveries are managed to ensure plants arrive in healthy, stable condition, consistent with how they leave the nursery.

 



Outside Our Regular Routes

If your address falls outside our standard delivery routes, delivery may still be available; however:

  • A higher delivery fee may apply

  • Delivery may be completed via a third-party freight provider

  • Delivery timeframes may differ from standard route deliveries

Where applicable, the delivery method and cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

If you’re unsure about your location or have special delivery requirements, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

 



Important Notes

  • Flat $30 delivery applies per order, not per plant

  • Large feature plants may require flatbed delivery and incur additional fees — you’ll be contacted before proceeding

  • Refunds apply to plants only; delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Orders cancelled after payment may incur a non-refundable administration fee (a small percentage of the order total)
