Buying plants online should feel straightforward and well supported. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about delivery, plant quality, and ordering.
Placing Orders & Receiving Your Plants

Orders are delivered on scheduled routes. Northern delivery areas are typically serviced mid-week, while southern areas are usually delivered later in the week.
General rule - orders placed by Monday will receive same week delivery.
Most orders arrive within 7 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery days are based on our regular routes rather than fixed dates. QLD areas are generally delivered mid-week, with NSW areas end of the week.
You’ll receive an ETA message prior to delivery
You don’t need to be home as long as clear delivery instructions are provided at checkout.

All deliveries are handled directly by our team using dedicated plant transport. We don’t use standard courier services for regular deliveries, which allows us to handle plants carefully and ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Third-party freight is only used where clearly stated at checkout for locations outside our regular routes.

We deliver across NSW and South East Queensland, primarily along our regular coastal delivery routes.
Delivery availability and pricing are confirmed at checkout.
Orders outside our standard routes may incur a higher delivery fee and, in some cases, may be delivered via third-party freight.

You don’t need to be home to accept your order - please leave specific delivery instructions when you order.
Delivery is made to the front of the property or a pre-arranged safe location.
If access is difficult or you have special requirements, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery suitability.

Exact delivery times can’t be guaranteed due to route scheduling and plant handling. Deliveries may occur outside standard business hours, including early morning, late evening, or overnight during warmer months. You’ll receive an ETA message prior to delivery. If timing is critical or access is restricted, please contact us before ordering.

We don’t offer pickup. All plants are delivered by us on scheduled routes. As we source direct from grower and deliver straight to your door, we don't have a fixed shop front

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $30 per order.
Orders outside our regular routes may incur a higher delivery fee or be delivered via third-party freight.
Our Plant Quality Standards

All plants are hand selected, prepared, and delivered by us.
We have a large network of growers to ensure you always receive the best available quality and pricing.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with the condition of your plants on the day of delivery, contact us immediately. We’ll collect the plants and refund the plant cost in full.
Delivery fees are not refundable.

No. Refunds are not available once plants have been planted or removed from the delivery location.
Please inspect your plants at delivery and let us know straight away if there are any concerns.

Photos are a guide only. Natural variation in size, shape, and growth is normal due to seasonality and plant maturity. We only deliver plants that meet our quality standards.
Payments & Checkout

We accept major credit and debit cards, Afterpay as well as supported express checkout options shown at checkout.

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. This secures your order and places it into the delivery schedule.
Invoices are only moved to delivery schedule once paid for.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been prepared or scheduled for delivery, changes may not be possible.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable for change of mind cancellations.

Due to time constraints, we don’t offer planting services at this time.
However, we’re happy to provide general guidance to help you choose suitable plants and expert advice to get them established successfully.
